Introduction

Ty’n Llan cottages are the most northerly in Wales, just outside Cemaes the most northerly village. Situated at the end of a lane by Llanbadrig Church dating back to 440A.D. In an area of outstanding natural beauty where the sunsets can be spectacular. It was here sitting on a bench on the headland that the Dalia Lama called it “the most peaceful place on earth”.The coastal path is accessible here and White Lady Bay is a short walk away and Cemaes itself is about a 15 minute walk by the lane or 25 minutes by the coastal path. Cemaes has 2 sandy beaches Traeth Mawr (Big beach) and Treath Bach (Little beach) separated by the harbour. At high tide you may hear the tidal bell chime.

The three cottages comprise the original farmhouse Ty’n Llan where we live. Converted stables Hen Stabl one bedroom sleeps 4 and can have 2 well behaved dogs. An outbuilding still called the Outbuilding a bijou cottage which sleeps 2 and 1 small well behaved dog.
